1【目止め】購入後、お鍋いっぱいの米のとぎ汁に器を浸し、そのまま約15分ほど弱火で沸騰させます。
その後、ゆっくり冷ましてよく洗い、自然に乾燥させます。
お米のでんぷん質が、ピンホール（穴）、貫乳（ひび）に詰まり、汚れが器に侵入しにくくなります。

2【器を使用する前に】
使用する前に、1分ほど水に浸すことで、汚れが器に侵入しにくくなります。

3【器を使用した後】
台所洗剤で洗い、水気をきって、よく乾燥させ収納してください。
